[F100729] As part of my progressive re-organization of my development systems and the SOHO LAN of home-office computers, I organized all network units and the Windows Home Server on their own battery-backup unit. Over time, I have replaced the router and the DSL modem. The most-recent failure was the battery-backup unit itself. I swapped in this new one right away.
I will later check to see if the previous one actually failed or it had ran the battery down without my noticing that if had gone off-line. I'll either have a back-up back-up unit or some batteries to take to the municipal disposal and recycling center..
