Bubble Trouble

Tricky challenge! My very unscientific way of setting up the shot was:

 

1) Mix a glug of washing up liquid and hand wash soap and mix

2) Set up a LED light precariously on the edge of dining room table

3) Take a wire straw brush and use it as a tiny bubble blower

4) Blow a bubble into the air

5) Miss catching bubble

6) Catch bubble on end of straw cleaner brush after blowing a fresh bubble

7) Place straw and bubble next to light

8) Curse several times when you remember the lens cap is on and you’ve not fired up your camera

9) Repeat steps 4 through 7 as bubble has burst

10) Capture shots (may have repeated steps 6 through 7 a few more times)

HMM!
