Holiday fun in the north Houston sun! Operation Homefront was honored to serve 100 military families through our Holiday Meals for Military event at Home Depot in Spring, Texas. Families received a frozen turkey, and a box full of food items, courtesy of San Antonio Shoemakers (SAS). Families also received a $10 gift card offered by HEB while Procter & Gamble supplied personal and household items. Our friends at Caliber Home Loans provided each family with a warm, delicious pie. A few extra surprises awaited the families at the end of the line. The National Charity League’s Woodlands Chapter made beautiful holiday cards and provided entertainment for the children in the form of inflatable holiday characters and the Santa Claus made a special appearance. We'd like to give a special shout out to our incredible Operation Homefront volunteers and everyone who made this event possible.
