NCV7425: LIN Transceiver with 150 mA LDO Linear Voltage Regulator
ON Semiconductor has introduced two new integrated transceiver devices for use in local interconnect network (LIN) and control area network (CAN) designs in automotive and industrial applications. Both the NCV7425 LIN+LDO transceiver and NVC7441 dual CAN transceiver offer a robust, space saving and cost-effective solution for next-generation automotive ‘convenience’ applications as well as LIN and CAN based industrial designs.
