J-Beam Hornbeam

Does any one have a photograph of this aerial?

It is a combined Band I/III skeleton slot manufactured by J-Beam for reception of the former System A VHF television.

 

This is the rarest of aerials. I have seen it once but had no means of recording the image, now decades later, I fear it is extinct.
