Why would I review I Know a Guy? He saved me about $250 that’s why? The first guy didn’t even check out the problem, he said the opener was too old and wasn’t able to repair it. I got ahold of “I know a guy”, he asked for pictures, and came prepared. He fixed what was broken, then we thought the motor was shot…Nope. He fixed that too. He could have easily said it was trashed, but he …just fixed it. I will hire him again, and suggest you do to. Thanks Thomas! (Jeff-Renton, WA)
