Thomas was best of three quotes to replace broken garage door springs, willing to come same day if needed. Arrived with two pairs of springs to ensure he had correct size. He was polite, personable, and professional. I already recommended him to a neighbor, and if we need any garage door related service, we will contact Thomas at “I Know A Guy.”
