Persimmon (Kaki or Shizi) Fruit Sun Drying 晒柿餅

Every autumn, farmers in Hsinpu Township, Hsinchu County, Taiwan harvest and peel persimmon fruits, then put them in the sun for drying. During sun drying procedure, workers examine each fruit to see if it is damaged by worm.
