Blue Ribbon

A newly-delivered rope awaits its first job on a ship berthed in the Danish port of Esbjerg. Note the different shades of blue which add to the appeal of the abstract pattern the rope forms.

(Shame that it was too late to avoid the dark shadows. Also, I should have used a polarizer.)
