Looking down on the Mediterranean Harbor at Tokyo DisneySea from a turret in the Fortress on the Mysterious Island.
The Glowing steel creature in the water is the fire spirit from BraviSEAmo!, where its body is covered with spouts of flame. It reminded me more than a little of the Balrong in the Lord of the Rings movies. No flames in this shot -- just lights.
