Sammi adjusts her balloon anchoring crown
At the fair on the Chelmsford town common the night before the 4th of July. Sam, Michael and Anthony all bought helium balloons, but Sammi was the only person I saw who thought to use the (glow in the dark) balloon anchor as a hair accessory. I though it was cool.
