Lightbox Test
:::
My freebie lightbox has turned out to be a success, I think.
I took a cardboard box and cut away all but the edges and corners, covered it on five sides with plain old waxed paper and clear packing tape, and the light source is a strand of white LED Christmas lights I hadn't put away. I took a piece of white watercolor paper (slightly textured and creamy white) and used it as a curved, seamless background. The Witch and her Flying Monkey are a Christmas ornament, and if you look in the reflection on the ball, you'll see the lighting set up.
I am very happy with the even coverage. I have some toying to do with it yet, and will shoot a pulled back view of the whole set up tonight, but I wanted to get some feedback on the light in the image.
