Statue of Liberty-Vegas Version

There is a law suit in progress by the artist that designed this statue. He did not attempt to duplicate the statue in NY harbor but he did copyright his version. It seems that the USPS copied the face of his creation for a postage stamp. The post office has sold billions of dollars of those stamps without giving him his share.
