West Harmon Ave. Into City Center

The sidewalk shown here is a sidewalk to nowhere. It ends a couple hundred feet up the street with no crosswalk to the other side of the street, no entrance to the building and no indication that it will just end. In fact there is no entrance to the building anywhere along the walk and no crosswalks anywhere. There are doors along the sidewalk but they are emergency exits from the building only.
