Hemenway Park - Boulder City
Wild Desert Bighorn Sheep (Ovis canadensis nelsoni). Expect to see fewer of them in the park in the near future. The government just rounded up 46 of them and helicoptered them to an area where there hasn't been any Bighorn Sheep for years because alien species ate all the food. The alien species are still around (in fact there is a lot more of them now) so these will probably starve also. Terrible thing to do to an endangered species. They are also the Nevada state animal and should get more respect. Your tax dollars at work.
