120 Pounds of Chocolate
Sculpture made entirely of 120 pounds of dark, milk and white chocolate. This one is life-sized. They change the sculptures several times a year. This patisserie is located Just down the hall from the Bellagio Conservatory but I think that many visitors to the Conservatory don't know it is there. In addition to the sculptures they also miss the world's tallest chocolate fountain which is also there.
