Jimmy - Feline nasal cancer sneeze

I usually stay home on the weekends to spend time with Jimmy (who has inoperable nasal cancer) and my other cat, Misha. A couple of weekends ago I went out for a couple of hours and when I got home, this is what I found. Jimmy had sneezed blood where he had been napping. Although it's to be expected as time goes on, it's still quite a shock to see it when it happens. Looked like a crime scene. I called the vet who recommended giving him the Piroxicam every day instead of every other day. Since then there have only been a couple of sneezes - with no blood. :-) He's still eating and happy and asking for head scratches. Living on borrowed time but beating the odds; 8 months now since diagnosis (4-6 was expected).

Update (May 2017): Jimmy turned 19 this month :-)

Update (June 2017): 10 months now since his diagnosis and he's still doing well - but has had 3 urinary tract infections over the last few weeks. Hopefully his latest round of antibiotics zapped them for good.

Update (June 22 2017):

Jimmy's battle with cancer ended this morning. :-(
