These self portraits were taken with 20-25sec exposure in the middle of a bright sunny day in front of a window. Sun needs to be able to backlight the subject and the intended texture. The subject must have its front in extremely diffused light. Subject must stay in frame for a majority of the exposure & then drop out to create layering effect. I approached this task focusing on avoiding editing. I was able to achieve this & only had to touch up minor stray foliage leaks.

 

There is no real divide between humans & nature. How can they be so ignorant?
