A very friendly female Azure Damselfly, she was a very fidgety subject and kept moving, but I did manage this 3 image stack at f/8 before she flew off. I ended up having to do a lot of editing on this one, those fine hairs can be a nightmare. Anyway, it was nice to find this species, I don't think I photographed these last year. I quite liked the distinctive coloration on the females face, the brown on the eyes, the orange on the head and the blues on the clypeus and subtle hints of blue on the rest of the Damselfly :o)
I'm hoping to try and get some early morning photography in this weekend, just hope the weather behaves :o)
