Eddie The Bugman
~Duelling Pheasants~
This was one of those spectacles of nature that I have always wanted to witness, they must have been at this for a good 15 minutes and most of the time it was just gesturing and a bit of a standoff, every so often one would jump back and occasionally they would have a scrap.
When down in London I picked up a secondhand 1000D, plan was to use it on my 400mm F/5.6 (Purchased secondhand as well), the idea was to have this together and have the 5D set up for macro.
In hindsight I wish I had the 5D on for this spectacle, I could have upped the ISO to 500 and got faster shutter speeds, this was a really excellent sight to witness and I'm happy with most of the shots :)
Glad I remembered to shoot in RAW for these :)
By the way I've a real treat for you guys tomorrow, will post it early :)
