Proper Saftey Measures

I had just diced 2 giant red onions and the fumes were causing me great ocular distress. So I grabbed my handy welding goggles (they were in my stocking this year!) and got to chopping up the mound of chilies that I decided to add to the recipe.

 

Unfortunately, moments later I itched my nose and got chili juice inside my left nostril. There was much whimpering, crying, and flushing with milk after that.
