crescent moon & venus ...... this morning

We have a lot of fresh snow on the ground ...& the wind chill was bitter this morning ....but the cold seemed to give the pre-dawn sky a deeper blue .......while Venus & the Moon floated high ....in serenity & silence

 

Yesterday, Flickr suddenly changed me to 'Beta' ...without asking me or giving any advance notice . It is very disappointing ...I don't like Beta . For now, I am able to see the previous format by changing my language preference to 'French'. ...or any language other than English . I think it is sad that the powers that be are making these unwanted & unneeded changes ....and ruining what used to be such a wonderful website .
