Single Leg Toe Reach/Touch
(can be done on a flat surface if you do not have a BOSU trainer)
Start in basic crunch position. One leg is bent with foot flat and the other leg is straight. If you start with your left leg keep your left hand behind your head and reach your right hand to your left toes. Try to keep your left leg as straight as possible. Slowly lay back and straighten your left leg but do not let it touch the floor. Repeat 5-8 times on each side and then switch. This is an advanced exercise!!
