New York Guard State Defense Force Service members, SGT Dan Friedman, SSG Kris Bateman, and SPC Israa Cahill work as DLAN Operators in the Joint Operations Center (JOC), at the Connecticut St. Armory, Buffalo NY on December 29th, 2022, as part of Joint Task Force 5 Operation December Winter Storm 2022.
