BUFFALO, NY-- A New York Army National Guard humvee enters the Masten Avenue Armory here to be ready to be used to aid civil authorities on Wednesday, June 8, following a snow storm which hit the Buffalo area on June 7 at the same time intense cold affected the northeastern United States.
