Slanted Earth

Panoramic view of the Gruppo delle Odle (also called Geislergruppe) and its many peaks in Italy. On the left, the forests of the Val di Funes. On the right, the gentle slopes of the Parco Naturale Puez-Odle. The mountains were given the name "Odle", which means "needles" in the Ladin language, because their peaks look just like a row of needles.
