Commando Yellow of H.O.P.E. Squad (High Orbit Precision Etry).
He was the sniper of the team, and his helmet made use of a rangefinder.
H.O.P.E Squad was assigned to Yorn Skot near the end of the Clone Wars to assist Jedi Master Treetower.
Unfortunately, the squad was ambushed by jump droids, and only the team leader (Commando Orange) survived the mission.
He and Captain Gregor were the only ones to wear yellow Katarn-Class commando armor.
Very stylish in my opinion.
