Yellow : The Art of Brick exhibit, Puls 5, Zurich, Switzerland 2015
The Art of the Brick, one-of-a-kind Lego art exhibition featuring the large-scale sculptures created out of iconic LEGO bricks contemporary artist Nathan Sawaya, was exhibited at Giessereihalle Puls 5 in Zurich, Switzerland.
Entitled Yellow, this sculpture is the centerpiece of Sawaya’s collection of sculptures and arguably his most famous artwork.
It depicts a LEGO torso of a man ripping open his chest while yellow LEGO plastic bricks cascade out of the open chest cavity.
