This one isn't exactly new. You may have seen it (or even built it) if you own a copy of Megan's Lego Adventure Book – which contains step by step instructions for this model.
When Megan asked me to provide some new Power Miners material for the book, I tried to create something kid-friendly. That's why this model doesn't boast any weird illegal techniques. It's also extremely robust.
Play functions include articulated steering and three fold-out power tools. Half of the front rotates to give the operator a good view of what she's doing.
