Class 50 No. 50006 approaches Oldfield Park station in Bath with the 11:20 Paddington - Bristol Temple Meads service on Tuesday 5th July 1977. Sometime after this photo was taken, 50006 disappeared into Doncaster Works for an extended period before emerging as the first "refurbished" Class 50, and bearing the name Neptune.
