Fish in Space? Well, not quite. However, NOAA Fisheries Service personnel, from across the country, did gather with staff members of the Space Environment Center for this postcard. With the Space Environment Center graciously allowing the use of their facilities, the Fisheries Permit team was able to hold their annual meeting at a location that not only reduced participant travel time, but significantly reduced travel costs as well. Truly, one NOAA indeed!
