On the shuttle ride back on my last day there, I was fortunate enough to be on the bus as this cosplayer got on at the first shuttle stop. She is Fiana from Masamune Shirow's Intron Depot. Other than the bangs, the costume is spot on. Even had a matching staff. Note the real working lights. Probably one of the best costumes of the con.
