Poor baby.
She developed an aural hemtoma. That's when a blood vessel in the ear bursts & the ear swells up like a balloon.
The vet drained it but it started filling again. The only way to fix it is surgery.
She has to wear the collar so she can't scratch the ear & pull the stitches out.
