Roasted Garlicky Tomato Sauce

This is a versatile sauce. I wish I bought more tomatoes. These were Beefsteak tomatoes from Malaysia. The taste is good and not too sweet, but mainly unimpressive.

In the end, I just added the lot to some pasta.

The vibrant tomatoey taste was enhanced with the slight charring and the delicious roasted garlic and some very good olive oil.

I still have some left which I will use with some minced beef for a crippled Bolognese sauce. :)
