Hemp Leaf Pattern

Traditional Japanese Patterned cloth called Hemp Leaf Pattern. Growiing of Hemp was legal until before the second world war but one had to apply for a licence. I think that it is still possible to obtain a licence but the drug made from the plant is very illegal, although the pattern is still popular.
