My first attempt at a LED cube
A 4x4x4 LED cube made with single colour blue LEDs. The rows are driven by two shift registers (one for 8 LEDs, so two cover a whole row of 16). The rows are multiplexed via 4 transistors and persistence of vision gives the illusion all four rows are on at once.
The shift registers and transistors are driven by an Arduino Duemilanove.
Unfortunately the auto focus on my camera decided to focus somewhere other than the cube or electronics.
