On Her Majesty's Service [Explored 28/02/2015]

Took this back in March of 2012, and I went out to Rame Head especially for a sunset, unfortunately the fog started to roll in and by the time the sun set it was as thick as pea soup, this was one of my final shots of the day that has been sat on the archive drive waiting for it's turn to be posted, not the best shot in the world but I thought I would put it up as there is a bit of a short story surrounding it...

 

...Whilst I was messing around with different compositions and filters etc I noticed the ship approach the small boat, after a couple of minutes it launched a small inflatable which made it's way over to the boat (you can just see the small dot which is the inflatable), I guess it was on a customs/fisheries patrol checking for drug smuggling etc and keeping the shores around the British Isles safe ò¿ò
