Headwaters Pond (2)

Spring-fed pond, McMichael Creek Greenway, Monroe County.

 

Found just below the summit of Godfrey Ridge, the pond forms the headwaters of an unnamed stream that tumbles down the mountain in a series of cascades and waterfalls.
