Colonel Geoffrey Noble attend Operation Deep Blue's (ODB) departure of 'The Expedition To Honor Our Fallen' during which the ODB sea kayak team paddles over 225 miles from New Jersey to Washington, D.C. launching from Fort Mott State Park in Pennsville, N.J. on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020.
