Core Animation in iChat Help

(or any help menu, for that matter...) This is pretty cool... accidently tripped over this one... if you search for something in help, and the result ends up being a menu-item, it pops open, and a little floating arrow hovers next to it... pretty sweet. (Not sure if that's really core animation... it's definitely some sorta core magic though... or is it...?!)
