NAB 2009 - Valley of Fire and Tucson Area

Our NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) trip started with a pre-trip to Valley of Fire on Sunday. On thursday, upon completing NAB, we took a short flight to Tucson, AZ and used it as our starting point to a couple of trips to nearby attractions. We started at San Xavier del Bac Mission near the Airport, visited Tombstone and finished our first day at Bisbee. We visited the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum the next day, went to the nearby Old Tucson Museum and finished the day by driving up to Mount Lemmon, but we got there late and the Pub at the top was closed (again).

Next day we visited the Pima Air and Space Museum (great outdoor exhibit btw) and followed it with a visit to Titan Missile Museum (which was fantastic as well). On Monday (our last day), we took a bus tour of the Aircraft Boneyard and spent the afternoon visiting the Kitt Peak National Observatory.
