Its hard to get a clear veiw of the whole building. This angle shows how it was genuinely intended to fit into the adjacent street - it carries over not only the lines but the colouring of the 19th century terraces in the next square.

 

Apart from those gigantic contrecte boxes on the roof! What were they thinking?
