PainKiller Sunrise
A recent spot of "automotive maintenance" has apparently left me with a "trapped nerve" - there is nothing apparent about the pain though. Consequently sleep is hard to come by even with an assortment of painkillers and a "tens" machine.
According to the doctor "these things" generally sort themselves out in 6 to 8 weeks. I hope its quicker than that as this is the most painful thing I have experienced and it just goes on and on. The painkillers take the edge off but only a bit.
I have found one position that offers some relief - standing at the window with arms braced on the edge supporting some of my weight; so I have watched a few sun rises recently.
