Behold! Baked cauliflower

An ingenious recipe from the farms I'm getting the vegs from -- I'm glad of it since I didn't know how best to use the big cauliflower I got. It, onion, garlic, tomato, parsley, salt, pepper and parmesan = roxor. Smelled absolutely delicious while baking (30 minutes).
