Drunken leeks

Nice Friday night 'unwind from it all' dinner -- the leeks were cooked in butter and oil and then with some red wine, which was further reduced after the leeks were removed. Seasoning and parsley and etc. added to it all. Plus grapes, zinfandel, a chocolate truffle cookie and manchego cheese with crackers -- I win.
