It was time to move... storm was getting nasty and I had to get north to get back in front of this storm cell.
This storm had been moving about 15 mph to the north / northeast, now she had picked up steam and was cruising about 35 mph with torrential rain and dime to quarter sized hail.
I proceed due north and I couldn't get out of the heavy rain bans, until I got back just to the south of Kearney Nebraska....
This storm cell developed into a monster with quarter sized hail and 60+mph wind speeds. This was a terrific photographic beast. A dangerous but a fruitful basket of storm chasing eye candy!
