A .22 LR hollowpoint bullet flies through a banana.
Perhaps a little over processed (as always the shadows look better on a CRT), but I really did want to squeeze out every last bit of detail (no pun intended!)
Update: I decided to check my math and I was wrong. Assuming 1200ft/sec average speed (probably faster at first but the bullet will slow through the fruit) this is 0.0144 inches per microsecond or 69.5 microseconds per inch. Round to 70 microseconds per inch. Bananas are, what, 8 inches long (this was a long one!) so 70*8 = 560 microseconds.
