This was originally an A&P which opened in the 1960s and closed, I believe in the early to mid 80s. After this store closed it became a Heilig Meyers until the chain liquidated around 2000. This store was vacant for a few years until Maxway took over. Maxway closed a year or two back. As a side note this store didn't even really look like an A&P until this shopping center underwent a bizarre looking remodel a few months back which seemed to reveal the A&P bones.
