Richard Lebron, executive officer of the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), uses the ship’s 1MC general announcing system to announce the names of Bonhomme Richard Sailors who will advance to the next paygrade as a result of the Spring 2018 Navywide Advancement Exam. Bonhomme Richard has recently completed its transition to San Diego as part of a homeport change where it is scheduled to undergo upgrades to operate the F-35B Lightning II.
