CHENNAI, India (July 13, 2017) Information Systems Technician 3rd Class Michael Del-llano Subervi, from Bronx, N.Y., and Interior Communications Electrician Seaman Apprentice Ryan Sien, from Mesa, Ariz., lower the Ensign aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Shoup (DDG 86) as the ship prepares to depart Chennai, India to begin the at-sea phase of Malabar 2017.
